VitalSync is not a medical device and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, or treatment. AI-generated interpretations of your bloodwork are for informational purposes only and should never replace professional medical judgment. Always consult your healthcare provider before making decisions based on information presented by VitalSync.

Provided as-is

The service is provided on an “as-is” and “as-available” basis without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including but not limited to implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement.

User responsibilities

You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account credentials and for all activity that occurs under your account. You agree not to upload content you do not have the right to share.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms from time to time. When we do, we will revise the “Last updated” date above and notify you via email or an in-app notice at least 14 days before material changes take effect.
